LITTLE SWAN AIR-CONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Tender/Project coordinator in Singapore to manage tender surveying, prepare bills of quantities, and coordinate with project teams. You will handle quotation submissions and support progress claims with the project manager.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, AutoCAD drafting proficiency, and at least 3 years local experience in ACMV/HVAC systems, with attention to cost planning and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in drafting with AutoCAD software.
  • Familiar with ACMV /HVAC Systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of local experience.

Responsibilities

  • Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
  • Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
  • Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing sub-contractor and supplier progress payment.
  • Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.
