Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to review and interpret Mechanical and Electrical tender documents, manage contracts, and prepare quantity take-offs for M&E works in Singapore. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in related disciplines and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The role requires good communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience in cost control or contract administration is advantageous. The position offers various performance-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in either Mechanical OR Electrical works is acceptable.
• Experience in cost control, tendering, or contract administration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret Mechanical and/or Electrical tender documents and drawings.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BQ), and cost estimates.
• Support preliminary Mechanical or Electrical design for Design & Build tenders.
• Prepare technical documentation and proposals for tender submissions.
• Manage contract administration for main contractors and subcontractors.
• Review Letters of Award from clients or main contractors.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and shortlist suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and process payments.
• Monitor project budgets and propose value engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret Mechanical and/or Electrical tender documents and drawings.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BQ), and cost estimates for M&E works.
