Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E ACMV QS to support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement across design and build projects.

You will review tender documents, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and contribute to preliminary designs for tenders. You will manage contract administration with main contractors and suppliers, review awards, and ensure budgets and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in M&E/ACMV.
• Experience as ACMV QS is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret M&E(ACMV) tender documents and drawings.
• Take off, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for M&E(ACMV).
• Work out preliminary M&E(ACMV) design for tenders.
• Prepare technical data and proposals for tender submission.
• Manage overall contract administration with main contractor and subcontractors.
• Review letters of award from client/main contractor.
• Negotiate, evaluate and shortlist suppliers/subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and process subcontractor payments.
• Monitor project budget and propose value engineering solutions with site team.

• Prepare technical data and proposal for tender submission.
• Responsible in the overall contract administration including main contractor and subcontract.
• Review letter of award from client / main contractor.
• Negotiate, evaluate, and shortlist supplier / subcontractor.
• Prepare monthly progress claim and process subcontractor / supplier monthly payment.
• Control and monitor project budget including proposing value engineering solution and work closely with site manager / engineer.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Experience and knowledge in M&E services and systems.
• Working experience as ACMV QS is preferred.
• Responsible, independent, hardworking, good in interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines
