Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a Diploma-qualified mechanical tender coordinator to manage tender surveying, prepare bill of quantities, requests for quotation, and project documentation, ensuring alignment with specifications.

You will also prepare monthly progress claims, ACMV drawings, review and modify drawings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project teams. Local experience of 3+ years is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of drafting with AutoCAD software.
• Familiar with ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of local experience.

Responsibilities

• Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
• Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request for quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
• Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing subcontractor and supplier progress payments.
• Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.
• Prepare ACMV drawings according to project requirements or tender specifications.
• Review, analyze and modify drawings to meet the submission requirements.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
