Job summary

STA Engineering PTE. LTD. seeks a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities for ACMV projects.

You will review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and prepare quotations, tenders, and cost comparisons to support procurement and bid decisions. Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts while monitoring project costs and assisting cost control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in ACMV, M&E, or construction projects.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, tendering, and contract administration.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in ACMV/HVAC projects is an advantage.
