Job summary

GREEN ZENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified ACMV/Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, contract administration, and cost control for engineering projects. You will review drawings, prepare bills of quantities, and liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful tender submissions.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, supplier liaison, document control, and timely preparation of tender documents. Entry to senior levels considered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Fast learner with good problem solving skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle full ACMV or Electrical Quantity Surveying duties from tender to pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Review contracts, perform quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities and source materials.
• Prepare tender and contract documents and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Obtain, evaluate quotations from suppliers according to tender requirements.
• Coordinate costing for tender submissions with suppliers, main contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full suite of ACMV or Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities and sourcing.
• Knowledgeable in VRV system, Multi Split System and Aircon Ducting / Ventilation / Electrical.
• Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawing and specifications.
• Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants.
• Obtain, compile and evaluate quotation from supplier according to tender requirement.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters.
• Must able to do the costing independently to complete the whole tender process.
• To liaise with the supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the costing for tender submission.
• Respond and follow up to client’s queries for submitted tender.
• Attend site briefing (if necessary) during pre-tender and tender interview.
• Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain proper documents and filing of drawings for all tenders and project according to requirements.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
