Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and cost control. You will assist in preparing estimates, BOQs, and budgets from drawings and specifications, focusing on ACMV projects.

The role requires a bachelor degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a strong grasp of tender procedures and pricing formats. You will liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a relevant Bachelor degree are welcome.
• 2–3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying (ACMV).
• Strong understanding of tendering, pricing formats, and schedules of rates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Take off quantities and measurements for tender works in detail.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates.
• Develop tender cost plans and budgets from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation and cost comparison.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to build relationships.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
