A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to assist in project planning and oversee construction activities. Responsibilities include studying plans, monitoring material requisitions, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer in project planning and to coordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Responsible for submission of material samples and shop drawings.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant, and equipment.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Prepare progress claims to the main contractor on a monthly basis.
• Prepare payment certificate and verify sub-contractor work progress.
• Ensure quality standards and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with the project team and resolve all technical issues.
• Familiar with calculation with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load, and external static pressure calculation
• Maintain, manage, and document according to ISO Standards.
• Able to execute multiple tasks and projects
• Other related duties, as assigned
