Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore invites qualified candidates to fill the Accounts Receivable Officer role. You will handle payments, invoicing, reconciliations and collections within a regional finance setting.

Based at Ubi, the position offers a 5-day work week, regular hours 8:30am–5:30pm, and exposure to international finance operations. Salary is around SGD 2,800 monthly, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years in accounts receivable.
• Experience in the construction industry or project billing would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software; knowledge of Sage 300 is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register and update customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Prepare invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of outstanding accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with local regulatory reporting, financial schedules and other finance-related duties.
• Provide backup support to the finance department during colleagues' absences.
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or management.
