TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable assistant to manage daily finance operations, handle invoicing for local and export projects, and reconcile payments. The role requires a diploma or ITE in accounting or finance with hands-on Excel and ERP experience.

Construction industry exposure is a plus; training is provided, and you will support the finance team and regulatory reporting while handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Formación

• ITE or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or Business.
• Training provided.
• Relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with Sage 300 is preferred.

Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $2,500 – $2,800
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable and daily finance operations
• Handle invoicing for local projects, export sales, service and maintenance
• Update and reconcile payments and outstanding receivables
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports
• Support regulatory reporting and other finance schedules
• Assist the finance team during periods of absence
• Handle other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field
• Training provided
• Relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• Construction industry experience is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Experience with Sage 300 is preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
