ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer / Project Billing Officer to manage project billing, invoicing, and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely collections. You will collaborate with project and service teams to maintain ERP data and support month-end closing.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience with AR, project/construction billing, or Sage 300 is an advantage. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in AR, project/construction billing, or Sage 300 is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems (prefer Sage 300).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update sales-related information in the ERP system.
• Process and record customer payments and collections.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare monthly AR reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue project, service, maintenance, and export invoices (progress, advance, retention, final).
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely billing.
• Monitor unbilled projects, billing backlogs, and retention receivables.
• Support month-end closing, audit, reporting, and other finance-related activities.
• Provide backup support within the Finance team and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The role works closely with project and service teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
