Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional in Singapore to manage sales data, payments, receivables, invoicing, and regulatory reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, an ITE or diploma in accountancy with preferred ACCA or related certification, and hands-on Excel and ERP system skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ITE or diploma in accountancy; professional qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in international orgs with a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Update all the sales related information and register/update payments.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Invoicing of local projects, export sales, service and maintenance.
• Monthly reconciliation on the outstanding.
• Local regulatory reporting.
• Other finance duties and schedules.
• Backup finance department during their absences.
• Other administration duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or the Management team

Location: Ubi area

Responsibilities:

• Update all the sales related information
  Registering and updating all payments
• Follow up on outstanding receivables
• Invoicing of local projects, export sales, service and maintenance
• Monthly Reconciliation on the outstanding
• Local regulatory reporting
• Other financial duties and schedules
• Backup finance department during their absences
• Other administration duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or the Management team

Qualifications:

• Minimum ITE or diploma in accountancy. Preferred financial qualification (i.e.,Finance, ACCA, Business) or any other relevant certification which is internationally recognized.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably from an international organization with a fast-paced work environment. Candidates with experience in Construction industry would be viewed favourably.
• Possess hands-on experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft office especially in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in ERP systems such as Sage300(preferred)
• Eye for details with an analytical mindset
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and versatile environment
