Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team. This on-site role supports sales data updates and AR processes at our Ubi office.

You will manage customer payments, issue invoices for local and export projects, and perform monthly balance reconciliations while assisting with regulatory reports. Proficiency in Excel and Sage 300 is preferred; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AR experience with strong accounting basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Background in accounting education is preferred; ACCA advantages noted.

Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office Location: Ubi

• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy. Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.
