Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to maintain sales information, record payments, and manage invoicing for local projects in a busy finance environment.

Ideal candidates have AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. This role involves regulatory reporting support and general admin duties within the Finance Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy. Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.

• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office Location: Ubi
