jac recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to lead the AR function within a shared services environment, overseeing end-to-end receivables operations and driving process improvements in finance operations.

You will lead and develop the AR team, manage billing, reconciliations, cash application, collections, and ageing, ensure timely month-end closing, and partner with stakeholders to enhance service delivery, including automation and standardization.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience leading and developing finance or shared services teams.
• Strong accounting knowledge with experience handling high-volume transactions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end AR processes, including billing, reconciliations, cash application, collections, and ageing management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions, payments, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and month-end closing requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives across AR operations.
