Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) to manage credit control and accounts receivable processes. You will organise regular AR review meetings with business units and sales, follow up with customers, review new applications and maintain customer master data in SAP.

You will monitor daily credit holds, circulate invoices and statements, and prepare AR status reports for management and HQ. Interaction with insurers and banks for guarantees is also required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience communicating with customers and insurers in a professional manner.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in SAP, including credit limits.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and coordinate with sales to resolve overdue issues.
• Disseminate invoices, statements, reminders and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare AR status reports for management and HQ.
• Coordinate with insurer for trade credit insurance and liaise with banks for guarantees.
