ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. seeks an AR Executive to own end-to-end billing accuracy, collections, and issue resolution across client portfolios. This role combines hands-on execution with oversight of junior team members in the Order-to-Cash function.

You will coordinate with Operations, Command Centre, Finance, and clients to protect cash flow, maintain accurate AR aging, and drive process improvements within O2C.

Formación

• 3–5 years in AR, billing, or O2C roles.
• Experience with invoicing, billing docs, and receivables tracking.
• ERP/finance systems experience (Oracle NetSuite).
• Proficient with spreadsheets and client portals.
• Strong understanding of AR ageing and collections workflows.
• High accuracy with attention to billing data.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely.
• Submit invoices via client billing portals.
• Review supporting documents and timesheets.
• Follow up with Operations for complete billing inputs.
• Flag discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain AR ageing schedules and monitor overdue invoices.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and reconciliations.
• Support O2C process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Operations, Command Centre, and clients.
• Provide guidance to junior AR team members.
