Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or related field.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice handling and supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP transactions.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers in line with agreed credit terms.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding supplier issues promptly.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
• Support ad‑hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills

Proficient in SAP

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Education

Minimum Diploma in Accounting
