Job description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take charge of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
• Process staff expenses and claims.
• Liaise with Group companies for related party transactions.
• Account for PPE and ROU assets (leases).
• Prepare documents for bank remittances to local and overseas recipients.
• Quarterly GST reporting and GST receivables/payables.
• Monthly/Quarterly closing of accounts, bank reconciliation and management reporting.
• Assist in preparing accounts schedules for the purpose of audit/review by auditors.
• Assist in preparing tax schedules to facilitate Tax Computations by the manager/tax agents.
• Other ad hoc accounting duties.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Accounting Diploma or Degree, or other relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, such as ACCA.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in an accounting position, experience with “Full Set” preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Singapore taxation would be highly appreciated.
• Hands‑on experience in using MS Word/Excel and accounting information systems (experience with SunSystems is a bonus; training will be provided).
• Responsible, meticulous, proactive, able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
