Job summary

ACS (International) is seeking a qualified accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity, accuracy and compliance of the school's financial ledger while supporting a diverse community of staff and students.

You will blend deep technical knowledge of financial systems with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team, prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, and uphold the institution's Christian (Methodist) values.

Job description

We are looking for someone who:

• is able to leverage a wide range of technical and communication skills to maintain the integrity, accuracy and compliance of the school’s financial ledger;
• has a blend of deep technical knowledge, particularly in financial digital system, and strong interpersonal skills to support a diverse community of staff and students;
• can work well in a team while contributing ideas and sharing course materials;
• can prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment;
• respects that the school is founded on and adheres to Christian (Methodist) values.

Qualification

• The professional, technical, or academic qualifications required to undertake the role, or the training the applicant must have completed.
• Degree in Accountancy / Finance;
• Fluent in English.

Experience

• The categories of work or organisations, types of achievements and activities that would be likely to predict success in the role.
• Minimum 3 Years of professional accounting experience;
• Hands-on experience in corporate accounting or general ledger management.

Skills

• High attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
