Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts (Full Set) & Operations Executive to join our team in Tuas Ave. The role covers bookkeeping, reporting, and managing warehouse and logistics, with daily financial transactions and inventory control.

Work hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with a half Saturday every 6 weeks. Salary package ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200 basic plus performance bonus. 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience with full set of accounts is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting required.

Mansioni

• Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions.
• Prepare simple financial reports.
• Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records.
• Take charge of warehouse and logistics operation, communicate with customer.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to track and ensure timely order deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to manage data and reporting.
• Apply knowledge of sales processes on various e-commerce platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

• Salary Package: $2800 - $3200 basic + PB

• Company Industry: Technology and Logistics Solutions

• Work Location: Tuas Ave

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday: 1 half day on Sat every 6weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping

• Prepare simple financial reports
