Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of accounting experience including AP/AR and tax.
• Experience with GST/tax compliance and audits is required.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable: invoice verification, approvals, payments and supplier reconciliations.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable: invoicing, receivables ageing, SOA preparation and collections follow-up.
• Prepare and submit GST and other statutory filings on time.
• Support corporate tax computations and liaise with external tax agents and auditors.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare audit schedules and reconciliations, and support internal and external audits.
• Use MYOB for accounting operations.
• Support process improvements, internal controls and system enhancements.

• Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 basic + Variable Bonus

• Day/timings: 5 days, Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM (OT not required)

Job Responsibilities:
