MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is hiring an accounting professional to manage full-set accounting operations in Singapore. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, and collections, and report monthly results.

Work hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at Orchard location. Diploma or Degree in Accounting required, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and GST knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with full-set accounting exposure.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST requirements.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

• Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
• Handle GST, tax compliance and statutory accounting matters in Singapore.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax-related matters.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
