Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily POS data downloads, reconciliations, and SAP integration support across stores.

You will work with Finance, IT and outlet teams to ensure accuracy, prepare quotes and invoices when required, and assist with audits and stock counts. Candidates should have at least 2 years in accounting, strong numerical and reconciliation skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting-related working experience.
• General accounting experience required; prior Accounts Receivable experience is not required.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal departments and operational teams.
• Experience in F&B or retail operations is an added advantage.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily POS sales data downloads, reporting and sales reconciliations.
• Verify POS and SAP integration data and investigate discrepancies or system errors.
• Coordinate with outlet teams, IT and relevant stakeholders to resolve sales and reconciliation issues.
• Reconcile sales transactions across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Record and reconcile bank receipts from multiple payment channels.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for external parties when required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and transaction documentation.
• Prepare royalty reports and monthly GTO sales certificates.
• Reconcile voucher transactions with landlords' online portals and maintain voucher redemption records.
• Compile and reconcile data related to vouchers, discounts and promotional collaborations.
• Support SAP integration and finance process implementation for new stores and vendors.
• Assist with audits, inventory counts, stocktakes and discrepancy investigations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT and outlet teams on finance-related matters.
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned.
