Job summary

SUCCESS PORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage Accounts Receivable and Payables, handle invoicing and collections, and ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system. The role includes GST returns and assisting with year-end audit processes.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of accounting experience and be meticulous with a high level of accuracy, with knowledge of ABSS accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable and Payables management.
• Ensure AR & AP entries updated timely and accurately.
• Prepare invoices to customers and match in collections.
• Data entry for all payments in the accounting system.
• Perform all e-banking transactions.
• Prepare AR aging and follow-up closely with customer for collection.
• Responsible for the intercompany billing and reconciliation.
• Assist in GST return.
• Assist in year-end audit.
• Any other duties assigned.
