TALENTVUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Singapore to manage invoicing, reconciliation, and collections.

The role involves generating invoices and statements, reconciling payments, and actively pursuing overdue accounts to ensure timely cash flow. The candidate should have a Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of related experience and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate commercial invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements of accounts (SOA) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Payment Reconciliation: Track and enter incoming payments against outstanding AR balances.
• Credit Control & Collections: Follow up via phone and email to minimize overdue accounts.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with Sales and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate commercial invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements of accounts (SOA) accurately and in a timely manner.


• Payment Reconciliation: Perform daily tracking, matching, and system entry of incoming payments (GIRO, corporate bank transfers, cheques) against outstanding AR balances.


• Credit Control & Collections: Actively monitor AR aging reports and drive firm but professional follow-ups via phone and email to minimize overdue accounts.


• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies by coordinating directly with internal Sales and Operations teams.

Requirements
