Job summary

NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking an AR professional to manage invoicing, collections, and AR reconciliations. You will prepare schedules for audits, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in AR workflows.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy and proficiency with ERP systems. This is a Singapore-based, on-site position. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AR experience, a relevant finance or accounting degree, and meticulous working style.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of AR experience.
• Meticulous and computer literate.
• Experience with Syspro accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR invoices: generate about 300 invoices monthly with accuracy and timeliness.
• Chase and collect outstanding AR balances.
• Escalate and inform supervisor of collection issues promptly.
• Reconcile purchasing, sales, and balance amounts across entities.
• Prepare AR-related schedules for audits (e.g., AR aging, sales by customer).
• Vouch and file documents; ensure DO dates match invoices.
• Update weekly finished goods inventory summary to support purchasing control.
• Calculate monthly sales discounts for some customers.
• Liaise with CSR on SO issues to ensure smooth order processing.
• Send monthly Statements of Account to customers.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts for financial planning.
• Support process improvements including AR workflow automation.
• Collaborate with CSR and Purchasing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc AR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR-related schedules for internal and external audits (e.g., AR aging, sales list by customer and items).
• Vouch and file documents systematically, ensuring DO dates match invoices.
• Update weekly inventory summary for finished goods, RWS, and WIP to support purchasing team in controlling over-purchasing.
• Calculate monthly sales discount for some customers.
• Liaise with CSR regarding any SO issues to ensure smooth order processing.
• Send out monthly Statements of Account (SOAs) to customers.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning
• Support process improvement initiatives, including automation of AR workflows.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams (CSR, Purchasing) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with ad hocAR-related tasks as assigned.

Pre-requisites

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or any related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant AR experience.
• Meticulous and computer literate.
• Proficient in Syspro accounting software is added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
