Job summary

Beauty One International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage the full spectrum of AR functions and support retail outlets' enquiries and operations. You will ensure timely monthly closings, daily revenue recording, invoicing and bank reconciliations, and assist in process improvements using SunSystems and Power BI in a lean team.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and effective communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business studies, Accountancy or Finance.
• 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS applications, PowerBi and ERP Accounting Software - Sun System.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on and comfortable to work closely with cross-functional colleagues in a lean team.

Job description

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivables functions.

• Support retail outlets' enquiries and operations functions.

• Ensure daily receipts and revenue recording and reconciliations, monthly bank reconciliations, invoicing and receipts recordings, and handle third party receivables' issues.

• Month end closing and yearly closing are performed on a timely basis.

• Declare monthly GTO figures to relevant parties.

• Identify weaknesses and lapses in internal controls and assist in ad-hoc projects (e.g., system enhancements).

Requirements
