Job summary

COLEX ENVIRONMENTAL PTE. LTD. is hiring an Accounts Executive (AR) to manage accounts receivable activities and ensure accurate invoicing and data integrity.

You will generate monthly lump sum invoices, reconcile variances, and maintain customer master data. You will liaise with sales teams on invoicing and credit notes, coordinate with sales admin on contract management, and prepare monthly statements of accounts for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable processes and invoicing is preferred.
• Good numerical accuracy and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR processes including creating/updating customer master data and reconciling AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances month-over-month.
• Enter job cards for single haul/adhoc invoicing and bill for single haul/adhoc invoices.
• Liaise with sales on invoice/credit notes and with sales admin on contract management discrepancies.
• Send monthly statements of accounts and ensure copies of dumping tickets are organized for invoicing at month end.
• Assist auditors during interim and year-end closing.
• Work hours: 08:30am–5:00pm; 5 days a week; location: Tuas South Street 13.

Job description

JobScope:-

Accounts Executive (AR)

• Responsible for overall control of AR including create and update customer master, and ensuring the AR aging balances reconciled to GL.
• Responsible for generating monthly lump sum invoices, reconcile the variances (last month vs current month).
• Data entry of job cards to facilitate single haul / adhoc invoicing
• Responsible for Single haul/adhoc invoices.
• Liaise with sales personnel on invoice/credit note issuance.
• Liaise with sales admin for any discrepancy in contract creation or revision for the contract management system.
• Responsible to email/send hardcopy for lump sum/single haul invoices to customers.
• Responsible to send monthly SOA.
• Responsible for extracting all Hooklift customer dumping tickets, sort by customers and make photocopy of each dumping tickets to facilitate single haul invoicing at end of each month.
• Responsible to bill those adhoc FOC trips that exceeded the capping.

• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing

Working Hours: 08:30am to 5:00pm

Working Days: 5 days work week
