Job summary

Marymount, Bishan-based Accounts Payable position on a 1-year contract in Singapore, supported by Recruit Express Pte Ltd. You will perform 3-way matching, post invoices, and handle AP aging and reconciliations.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of ACCPAC/SAGE300 is advantageous. Registration and compliance are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform 3 way match of vendor invoices, debit notes and credit notes against PO/DO.
• Post vendor invoices into accounting system and check OT claims for consultant invoices.
• Generate AP aging reports and reconcile AP with GL/subledger.
• Maintain vendor accounts and perform SOA reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly payment runs (GIRO, TT, cheques) and obtain approvals.
• Support GST filings (AP side) and assist in year-end group reporting.
