Job summary

Samsung-C is seeking an Accounts Executive for a 1-year contract in Singapore to support daily accounting operations. You will manage AP/AR, perform reconciliations, and oversee fixed assets as part of the finance team.

The role also covers staff reimbursement, petty cash handling, month-end close, and preparing accurate reports. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, and SAP Accounting knowledge, with immediate or short-notice

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with construction company experience.
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation and Fixed Assets Management
• Process staff reimbursement
• Handle petty cash and deposits
• Carry out month-end accounts closing
• Prepare and compile accurate accounts reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
