Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a 1-year Accounts Payable reporting professional to support vendor reconciliations and month-end closing at our Redhill office. You will prepare aging, GRIR schedules, and supplier statements, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of AP experience, preferably SAP, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, meticulousness and service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of AP or accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.
• Meticulous, proactive, independent and service-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aging, deposit, advance payment and GRIR schedules and follow up on unresolved items.
• Obtain Statements of Accounts from vendors and prepare reconciliation statements.
• Extract data from AP systems, including SAP and supplier portals, to reconcile against statements.
• Follow up on reconciling items and provide invoice payment status updates.
• Review vendor Statements of Accounts and follow up on items aged over three months.
