The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Executive (AP) to manage supplier invoices, input to the Acctron system, and perform monthly reconciliations. You will support accruals, bank reconciliations, and year-end closing with auditors.

Ideal candidate holds an Accounting Diploma, is meticulous, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment on a yearly renewable contract. On-site role in Tuas South with standard hours and MRT access.

Qualifikationen

• Accounting Diploma required.

Aufgaben

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
