Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Accounts Executive (AP & GL) to manage vendor invoices, postings, and GL reconciliations. The role is based at Marymount/Bishan with a 9am-6pm schedule on weekdays and a 1-year contract with potential extension.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ACCPAC/SAGE300 is advantageous. A completion bonus may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP processing and posting of vendor invoices.
• Post GL entries and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts & liquidity reports.
• Assist with quarterly GST filing (AP side) and group reporting.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and depreciation entries.
