Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) in Singapore to manage supplier invoices, postings in the Acctron system and monthly reconciliations.

Based in Tuas South, you will handle accruals, journal entries, and cashflow tracking, with liaison to auditors for interim and year-end closing. A Diploma in accounting is required, and meticulous, reliable work is expected. The role is a yearly contract (renewable) with typical duties including bank reconciliations,

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System.
• Accrual listing and input journal entries.
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation.
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation.
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors.
• Tracking of cashflows.
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing.
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits.
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior.
