Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Exec (AP) for a yearly contract at Tuas South. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,400 monthly, depending on experience, with a Tuas West MRT pickup point. Role includes processing invoices, journals, reconciliations, and assisting auditors. Candidate should possess an Accounting Diploma and be prepared to undertake various ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming supplier invoices and input to accounting system.
• Prepare accrual listings and input journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors statements of account.
• Handle outgoing payments via Giro or bank transfer.
• Manage petty cash float and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Perform half-month NEA invoice reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance reports.
• Track cash flows and liaise with auditors for interim and year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards and photocopying dumping chits.
• Carry out other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
