Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to handle supplier invoicing, accruals, and reconciliations from its Tuas South location. The role covers payments, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and liaison with auditors as part of year-end closing.

Working Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1700, with a yearly renewable contract. Salary ranges from 2,800 to 3,400 SGD depending on experience. Transport pickup at Tuas West Road MRT Station is provided.

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma

Responsibilities

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
