Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to manage supplier invoices, accruals, and payments in a fast-paced environment.

You will input data into the Acctron System, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and liaise with auditors for interim and year-end closing. This on-site role supports daily cashflow tracking from Tuas South, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming supplier invoices and input into Acctron System.
• Prepare accrual listings and input journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors SOA.
• Process outgoing payments (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile NEA invoices monthly.
• Prepare monthly repair and maintenance reports for vehicles and compactors.
• Track cashflows and liaise with auditors for interim and year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards and related administrative duties.
