Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to handle supplier invoices, journal entries and bank reconciliations from its Tuas office. The role is a yearly contract (renewable) with a 5-day workweek, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and an attractive salary in SGD.

You will manage accruals, petty cash, and month-end processes while coordinating with auditors and the team to ensure timely closings. Prior experience in AP and familiarity with accounting software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting is required.
• Experience with AP processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Acctron System or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming supplier invoices and input to Acctron.
• Prepare accrual listings and journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors SOA.
• Handle outgoing payments (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile mid-month NEA invoices.
• Prepare monthly vehicle maintenance reports.
• Track cash flows and liaise with auditors for year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards and related paperwork.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
