Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to handle supplier invoices, journal entries and monthly closings. Based in Tuas South, the role offers a yearly contracting arrangement with renewal.

You will manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, NEA invoicing, and liaison with auditors, with support from a diploma in accounting. The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with transit pickup at Tuas West Road MRT.

Qualifications

• Accounting diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
