Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Executive (AP) to handle the full cycle of accounts payable and related finance tasks at our Tuas office.

The role involves processing supplier invoices, journal entries, reconciliations, and liaising with auditors to support monthly and year-end closings. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with a yearly contract that is renewable. Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,400, depending on experience, with transport pickup

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming supplier invoices and input to Acctron System.
• Prepare accrual listings and input journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors statements of account.
• Process outgoing payments (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile half-month NEA invoices.
• Prepare monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors.
• Track cash flows.
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards and sorting photocopies of dumping chits.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
