SKOOL4KIDZ PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage AP for multiple centres and maintain creditors records. You will key AP into GP Dynamics, batch for intercompany billing, and ensure timely AP payments twice a month.

The role requires a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy with 2–5 years of AP experience and a preference for those with exposure to accruals and fixed assets.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or related field required.
• 5 years' experience with diploma or 2-3 years with degree.
• Preferably specialization in Accounts Payable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AP for Skool4Kidz and maintain creditors records.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger and run monthly aging reports.
• Process AP payments and assist in accruals as needed.

1. Management of Account Payables for Skool4Kidz

• Maintenance of account payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records
• Collation of AP from all centres
• Keying-in of AP to the GP Dynamics Financial Software
• Batching of AP for interco billing
• Batching of AP for fixed assets processing
• Batching of AP for prepayment
• Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledge
• Running of monthly AP Aging report
• Running of AP payments twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required
• Processing of AP payments via computer cheques and manual cheques

2. Performing accrual of revenue for selected centres on monthly basis

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Diploma holder with at least 5 years’ or degree with 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Preferably specialized in Account Payable
