Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to record and allocate payments, generate invoices, and manage billing and collections. You will perform reconciliations, handle GIRO arrangements, and support month-end closings while addressing queries from other departments.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or related field and at least 3 years of AR experience, with preferred ERP knowledge in Dynamics 365 or Esker. Based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Esker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in processing payment receipts and arrange bank deposits.
• Responsible in reviewing payment differences and work with customers to resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks related to Accounts Receivable.
• Respond to queries from the cross functional department.
