BLACKSMITH PRODUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions in Singapore.

The role involves recording AP/AR, processing vendor invoices and payments, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping within the accounting system. You will handle GST filings, bank reconciliations, and assist with the annual audit, while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• A team player who is passionate about learning.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Record and process all AP, AR transactions in the accounting system.
• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Filing of monthly GST returns.
• Work closely with vendors or stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies.

• Adhere to procedures and tax regulations.
