Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Accountant to support the finance team. The role involves processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

The successful candidate will assist in cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and coordinating audit and tax schedules, while handling ad-hoc tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Meticulous and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be hands-on and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Processing, verifying and reconciling vendor invoices.
• Reporting weekly cashflow and preparing payment forecasts.
• Preparation of journal entries.
• Responsible for month- and year-end closing on time.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and GST submissions.
• Preparation of schedules for accounting, audit and tax.
• Handling any ad-hoc duties assigned.
