Job summary

CM METAL PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage full spectrum of finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AR, AP, GST, journals, fixed assets, and monthly management reporting. You will prepare full sets of accounts for statutory audit and corporate tax filing, liaise with auditors, ensure timely monthly closings, monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, reconcile invoices, and support project costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting.
• Prepare full set of accounts for annual statutory audit and corporate tax filing.
• Prepare schedules for tax agents and auditors; liaise and respond to tax and audit queries.
• Ensure timely monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries and accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate policies & procedures and accounting standards.
• Handle petty cash issuing, receiving and recording.
• Prepare GST filings.
• Prepare and monitor project costing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Accounts receivable and credit control.

• Prepare adhoc payment .

• Prepare month end payment for suppliers and workers .

• Match PO, DO and invoice.

• Prepare and submit GST filling .

• Prepare and monitor project costing .

• Other duties as assigned .
