WBL Engineering & Distribution Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-minded accounting professional to support accounts payable activities, posting invoices and payments, and maintaining financial records. The role includes bank reconciliations, BG applications, and assisting in year-end audit.

The ideal candidate holds a LCCI qualification with 2+ years of experience or a Diploma in Accounting and can work independently, with strong communication skills and proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• LCCI qualification with at least 2 years of relevant working experience; OR
• Diploma in Accounting (entry level applicants are welcome)

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain business partner codes
• Post invoices and payments in the accounting system
• Prepare and process payments and coordinate signatories
• Process employee reimbursements via e-claims system timely
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoice and payment records
• Prepare and submit applications for bank guarantees (BG)
• Perform bank and creditor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies timely
• Prepare and post journal vouchers
• Assist in year-end audit
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
