Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach in customer follow-ups.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP HANA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update and record customer payment receipts in the ERP system.
• Process credit notes and issue them to customers.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and provide invoice copies.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and master data.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely settlement.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue monthly statements of account.
• Generate invoices and credit notes upon requests.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
