Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking an accounts payable support to assist with invoice processing, document checking, data entry and payments. The role includes supplier reconciliations, filing, and month-end closing tasks in a Singapore office environment.

The ideal candidate will handle bank transfers, GIRO payments and maintain orderly finance records while adhering to company policies and controls.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the processing of supplier invoices, payment vouchers and employee expense claims.
• Check invoice details against purchase orders, delivery records and supporting documents.
• Perform routine data entry and update accounts payable records in the accounting system.
• Support the preparation of payment schedules and the processing of payments via bank transfers, GIRO and other approved methods.
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and the resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Follow up with suppliers and relevant departments on outstanding invoices and payment-related matters.
• Maintain an organised filing system for invoices, payment documents and other finance records.
• Provide support for month-end closing, reconciliations and audit documentation.
• Follow established company policies, financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Assist with general finance and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
