Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting/finance professional with at least 2 years of experience to support day-to-day finance and administrative operations, perform data entry, and assist with closing activities.

Based in Ang Mo Kio, the role requires proficiency in Excel and common accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks or similar), good communication, and the ability to work well in a team. Short notice availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Payroll processing familiarity is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Process staff claims, expenses, and petty cash transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support daily finance and administrative operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
